This is primarily due to the personal care and good communication the trainers had towards me. Even though I haven't taken PT, even the basic meal plan + daily workout routine guides + Whatsapp group to motivate our intake of food is provided. They categorized the gym as first floor for cycling, vfx, treadmill, shoulder workouts etc for starters and once they know they allign you to the daily workout routines they take you to the ground floor where eventually weight lifting is exponentially increased with personal guidance. Feeling more healthy, stronger, fresh and enthusiastic in just a 2 weeks time and gives me enthusiasm to hit gym daily.
